We hope you love all of your purchases from Shop Crew Love. However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!
Your returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order (delivery confirmation date) and in new condition (unworn/ unwashed) with original tags attached. Returns made outside of the 14 days from receiving your order are NOT eligible for store credit.
We do not offer refunds - ONLY store credit is offered for returns.
Refunds only occur when you receive a damaged item. The item must be returned to us first prior to refund.
We cannot guarantee a product's stock in order to facilitate exchanges, but you are welcome to purchase a new size once you receive your store credit.
HOW IT WORKS:
You are responsible for return shipping costs for any return, but we will waive shipping on your next purchase with us- use code “RETURNTOTHECREW”.
No return authorization is needed. Simply ship or drop off your item(s) to:

Please include the package slip with your return or something with your name and order number on it.
The package slip is included in your original package along with purchased items as well as the order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 days for us to process it.
Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you via the email used when you placed your order.
Items that are FINAL SALE include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. Final Sale items will have “Final Sale” listed in the description on our website. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and athletic wear will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
Items must be in the same condition as received to be accepted for a return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Please prepare the items safely for shipment in a secure package.
If you receive a DAMAGED item, this must be reported within 72 hours of the receipt of your order.
